I agree and understand that Syracuse Dance Academy has the right to bill and enroll my student/s for the above classes. I understand that some classes may be full and the Academy will notify me of any changes. I understand that tuition is due by the 15th of September and payments received after the 15th will require a $15.00 late fee. I understand that tuition is automatically charged every month unless I notify the office before the 10th. I understand there are No Refunds for tuition, registration or recital fees, holidays, missed classes, or ordered costumes. Accounts must be paid in full including Tuition before costumes can be picked up.
