Studio Policies

  • Tuition is due by the 10th of each month.
  • After the 10th of each month, a $10.00 late fee is due.
  • Unless notified by the 10th of the month, Tuition will be automatically charged.
  • Tuition is charged by the month regardless of how many classes there are in a month. 
  • Adjustments and refunds are not offered missed classes or Holidays.  We observe the same major Holidays as the Davis County School District.  To see our “No Class” Days check the Calendar page.  We average 4 classes per month during the dance year (Sept – June)
  • There is a $10.00 class change policy for any student switching classes due to scheduling conflicts.
  • Account must be PAID IN FULL including tuition in order to pick up costumes. 
  • Please wear proper dancewear to class.
  • No Food or Drink in the Studio.
  • Please pick up & drop off your students on time.
  • We are unable to supervise students who are not in class, please don’t send friends or siblings.
  • In order to provide a learning environment, classes are closed.  We have a nice waiting room for parents or families to wait in if you wish to wait in the building. 
  • Parent’s Day is the last ten minutes of class on the first class of the month. Two class rooms have observation windows to view classes in session.
  • Regular attendance is required.
  • No refunds for missed classes or holidays.  Please contact the office for make-up times.
  • We have a NO REFUND POLICY.  No refunds on Tuition, Registration Fees, Costumes/Uniforms, Competitions Fees, Recital Costumes/Fee and Dance Supplies.  We are happy to exchange dance supplies that are in new condition showing no sign of wear.  We are also happy to transfer tuition funds from one sibling to another within your immediate family in the situation that a refund is requested due to major health conditions.
