This is the class registration page for classes from Sept 6, 2011 - June 2012.

All students (except Me & Tot) are expected to participate in the Recital June 26th & 27th 2012. We take registration mid year as long as there are openings in the class desired. If a class is closed, it will not appear on the registration form. Please call 801-776-4313 if you have any questions or can not find a class that is on the schedule that you would like.

I agree and understand that Syracuse Dance Academy has the right to bill and enroll my student/s for the above classes. I understand that some classes may be full and the Academy will notify me of any changes. I understand that tuition is due by the 10th of each month and payments received after the 10th will require a $15.00 late fee. I understand that tuition is automatically charged every month unless I notify the office before the 10th. I understand there are No Refunds for tuition, registration or recital fees, holidays, missed classes, or ordered costumes. Accounts must be paid in full including Tuition before costumes can be picked up.
